This is a “pinn tuck” Sarah or it’s been called the “Ruffle” Sarah.
Pinn tuck is when they fold and tuck the fabric before sewing it into place to make a ruffle effect.
The color is a true coral
I have never worn this. I wanted it so bad and searched for what felt like forever. The color is not great with my skin tone.
