If order is placed in error or need to modify order, customer can do so by sending email to within 12 hours of placing order or before shipping of material whichever comes first. If material is already shipped before receiving cancellation request, all efforts will be made to stop the shipment at logistics level, if not possible, cancellation cannot be done. Customer can place request after receiving the parcel or reject to take delivery at time of delivery.

All terms and conditions applicable for refund policy is applicable in that case.
